Frequently asked questions

Do credits expire?
Subscription credits roll over for up to 3 months, then expire. Prepaid credit pack credits never expire as long as your account is active.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, iDEAL (Netherlands), SEPA bank transfer and other methods via Mollie. Invoices available on request for business customers.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event that we discontinue the service (in which case a pro-rata refund is issued). Consumed credits are non-refundable.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account receives 3 free credits — enough for a complete D3 Explorer scan on any domain. No credit card required.
Are additional TLDs free?
Yes. Scanning the same domain across multiple TLDs (e.g. example.com and example.nl simultaneously) does not cost additional credits.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. A DPA compliant with GDPR Article 28 is available on request for business customers. Contact us to request one.
